Fair shipping costs
Softcover €6.53, hardcover €7.68 per order — we pass on our print partner's shipping costs 1:1. Delivery within Germany via DHL, tracking included.
Delivery in 5–7 working days
Your book is printed individually for you (approx. 4 working days) and then delivered straight to your door.
Free replacement
Personalised books are excluded from withdrawal — but if your book arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it free of charge.

We currently deliver printed books within Germany only. More countries are coming soon.
Shipping costs
We pass on our print partner's shipping costs 1:1: €6.53 per order for softcover books, and €7.68 as soon as your order includes a hardcover book. Shipping is charged only once per order – regardless of how many books you order. Digital products incur no shipping costs. All prices include statutory VAT.
Delivery time
Every Wundertale book is printed and bound individually for you. Production usually takes around 4 working days, after which your book is dispatched via DHL. In total, please allow 5–7 working days from ordering. As soon as your book is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number.
Digital products
Digital books and audiobooks are not shipped – they are available online right after creation.
Returns & replacements
Personalised products
Every Wundertale book is made to your personal specifications and is one of a kind. For the digital book (including an audiobook narration), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we begin creating it with your express consent (Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code). Printed books are custom-made goods and are therefore exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code) – returns without a reason are unfortunately not possible. You can find all the details in our withdrawal policy.
Our satisfaction promise
Independently of this, your digital book is covered by our voluntary satisfaction promise: if you don't like your finished book, we'll revise it free of charge – and if it still isn't right, we'll refund the full purchase price. The promise applies until you order your printed copy (which counts as approving your book), at most 14 days after completion. Just write to info@wundertale.shop. Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. If your book arrives damaged, has printing errors or doesn't match your order, simply get in touch via our contact form or by email at info@wundertale.shop – ideally soon after delivery and with one or two photos of the issue. We'll print a new copy and send it to you free of charge. You usually don't need to return the affected book.
